We all have mental maps, and it is our representation of the world we are living in. The map is not the reality that it is intended to be. We don’t know the world, all we know is our mental map. We can learn other maps and expand our world. In this workshop, we will put down the beliefs, experiences, values, and principles.

Planning

• 10:00 AM: Arrival, refreshing fruit buffet (included)
• 10.30 AM: Talk about the topic
• 12:00 PM: Lunch break (vegan Lunch: ₡8mil, or possibility to bring your own packed lunch)
• 12.30 PM: Practice on the NVC and on the workshop’s topic
• 1.30 PM: Talk and conclusion
• 2 PM: Q&A and forum

It is possible to stay longer and also available for a massage.
