The definition of Soft Skills is relatively new. It refers to the ability to create empathy and rapport. It is the union of Non-Verbal Communication and the logical goal. It is the ability to interact harmoniously with other people. In this workshop, we will perform all the skills that we have learned in the previous workshops.

Planning

• 10:00 AM: Arrival, refreshing fruit buffet (included)
• 10.30 AM: Talk about the topic
• 12:00 PM: Lunch break (vegan Lunch: ₡8mil, or possibility to bring your own packed lunch)
• 12.30 PM: Practice on the NVC and on the workshop’s topic
• 1.30 PM: Talk and conclusion
• 2 PM: Q&A and forum

It is possible to stay longer and also available for a massage.
